One thing you guys should try to make are these really good banana cookies


Recipe:
.3/4 cup shortening or butter
.3/4 cup white sugar
.1 egg
.1/2 tsp vanilla
.2 mashed bananas
.1/4 tsp salt
.1 tsp baking soda
.2 cups of flour

Directions: Cream the shortening and sugar, add egg, vanilla and mashed bananas. Make sure that it is creamed very well. Add in salt, soda and flour slowly so it will be homogeneous. The badder will be more like the consistency of brownie batter (don’t worry, they will hold their shape). Bake them in an oven heated to 350 degree for 8-9 minutes, until the bottoms are golden brown. They are really good.
